A family friend of mine is currently becoming a bit of an internet sensation. After only joining Youtube 6 months ago, Hobbie Stuart has already gained over 13,000 subscribers and has reached over 1,000,000 upload views. His covers of songs such as Rihannas "What's My Name" and Adele's "Someone Like You" are spreading like wildfire, with "Someone Like you" even being played on Greg Jame's show on Radio 1 last week.I have recently been in touch with Hobbie, who has just performed his debut gig in our hometown Brighton. I will be doing an interview with him shortly, which will form the basis of a feature exploring his experience of shifting from unknown artist to "internet sensation".
